Your Role as a Classroom Teacher
As a Classroom Teacher (K-6), you will be at the heart of our mission, shaping young minds and guiding their educational journey. You will create rich and meaningful learning experiences tailored to the individual needs of each student, ensuring they thrive academically and spiritually.
Collaborating with fellow educators and pastoral leaders, you will contribute to a nurturing environment that promotes both academic excellence and personal growth. Your responsibilities will extend beyond the classroom, as you mentor students in their pastoral care groups, engage with parents, and actively participate in the school community.
This role is a temporary full-time position in 2026 while a staff member is on secondment, with the possibility of extension.

- Hold relevant tertiary teaching qualifications from a recognized institution.
- Be registered and accredited with NESA.
- A valid, paid Working with Children Check.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of pedagogical principles and curriculum implementation.
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management and effective communication skills.
- A genuine Christian faith of reformed persuasion, with active commitment to a local church.

Compensation and Opportunities
Salary is determined in line with the Christian Schools NSW (Teaching Staff) Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2023, with a salary reflective of your qualifications and experience. Benefits include ongoing professional development opportunities and a supportive community environment.
