Your Role as a Music Teacher
As a Secondary Teacher of Music, you will inspire and empower students through the transformative power of music. You will deliver engaging, biblically-based learning experiences tailored to diverse student need, while embedding a Christ-centres worldview into your teaching.
You will:
- Teach and nurture students in Years 7-12 through dynamic music education
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement our K-12 Learning Framework
- Provide pastoral care and mentorship to support student wellbeing
- Foster creativity and musical expression in a faith-based context.
This is an ongoing part-time position, with a final teaching load to be determined in consultation with the successful candidate. The expected load is approximately 0.3FTE to 0.4FTE.

We seek a passionate and dedicated educator who
- Is a practicing Christian, actively involved in their church, and committed to living out their faith in the classroom.
- Holds relevant tertiary teaching qualifications from a recognized institution
- Is accredited and registered with NESA
- Has a strong understanding of music pedagogy and curriculum
- Is committed to professional growth and reflective practice.

This position is governed by the Christian Schools NSW (Teaching Staff) Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2023, with a salary reflective of your qualifications and experience.
