Your Role as Senior Infrastructure and Security Manager
As the Senior Infrastructure and Security Manager, you will be at the forefront of our technological strategy, overseeing our IT infrastructure, cybersecurity measures, and cloud environments. You will work closely with the Head of IT and collaborate with the Systems Administrator to ensure our systems are secure, reliable, and scalable.
This role is not just about managing technology; it’s about fostering a culture of innovation, driving continuous improvement, and aligning our IT strategy with the educational goals of our schools.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a forward-thinking leader with a passion for education and technology, who is ready to take on the challenge of enhancing our IT infrastructure and cybersecurity posture.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in infrastructure and cybersecurity management, preferably in educational settings.
- Strong expertise in network architecture, cloud solutions (Microsoft 365 and Azure), and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Proven track record in developing and executing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide technical teams.
- A valid, paid Working with Children Check
- A genuine Christian faith of reformed persuasion, with active commitment to a local church.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a competitive salary, commensurate with your qualifications and experience, in accordance with the Christian Schools NSW (Support and Operational Staff) Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2023.
